Hey there!
I’m Rebecca aka
That ADHD Farm Mom.
In case you haven’t guessed yet, I’m a farm mom, and I have ADHD. 😅
I wear a lot of hats in this beautifully chaotic life of mine: homeschool-ish mom, virtual assistant, "cow doula" for our beef farm, advocate for agriculture, and now I’ve added blogger to that list.
Whether I’m decoding food labels, sharing farm life stories, or helping a friend brainstorm a new strategy to help their neurodivergent child, there’s always something happening that’s worth sharing… even if it doesn’t always happen on a perfectly consistent schedule.
From our cow-calf beef farm in Wisconsin, I share my life with humor, heart, and a healthy dose of reality. My mission is to help busy moms and neurodivergent individuals feel empowered to:
Shop Smarter: Cut through food label confusion and marketing gimmicks without the overwhelm.
Parent with Less Stress: Use practical strategies to make parenting a little less difficult.
Ditch Diet Culture: Embrace intuitive eating and celebrate food without guilt
Homestead Your Way: Take small, accessible steps toward homesteading without the pressure to “do it all.”
Here, you’ll also find tips for realistic “from scratch” cooking (like how to adapt recipes to match your time, energy, and/or spoon levels for the day) along with relatable stories from my farm and parenting journey.
I’m so thrilled that you’ve found your way to my cozy little corner of the internet. Let’s navigate this beautifully messy life together with a little bit of everything and a whole lot of heart!
